We’ve been doing this a while. Over that time, we’ve figured out the best way to support our clients is to offer a number of packages, priced monthly. That way, you know exactly what you’re getting, and exactly how much it will cost each month. Nice and simple. We’re confident that there’s a package to suit your business.
Some bookkeepers charge by the hour, but we don’t think that offers the best service for our clients. Our monthly packages are more flexible time-wise. It also means that someone is constantly thinking about your accounts on your behalf, not just when we’re “on the clock”. Our Bookkeeping Service
As standard, our bookkeeping service includes processing records (invoices, bills, receipts etc.). If required, we can also supply management accounts including P&L, balance sheet and debtors and creditor report. Other services, such as accounts to trial balance and VAT returns are included in our more comprehensive packages.
In all cases, we will be keeping an eye on what’s going on “under the bonnet” and will alert you if there’s anything that needs your attention.
Our Payroll Service
Available to our bookkeeping customers, we can manage your payroll too, from right here in Norfolk. Getting our experts to run your payroll helps ensure you are HMRC compliant and removes one big headache from you each month.
Prices depend on the number of employees, but we can offer:
- Payroll and workplace pensions set up and admin
- Monitoring of any new tax codes, student loan codes, or deduction codes, so you know you are deducting the correct amounts
- Employer pay reports, employee payslips to send out, pensions payable report, what to pay HMRC
- If you’re one of our Xero clients we update your accounts for you – so you know where you are and what your staff cost you
- Advice on Director’s pay
- P60s and P45s, as required
- Choices of process – Payroll on Xero Payroll software or a cost-effective alternative software with upload to Xero accounts.
Because the volume of work goes up and down each month, we operate a fair usage policy when it comes to bookkeeping via the Receipt Bank app.

We ask you to pay monthly via GoCardless Direct Debit.
